Before and DURING, not after :p I still have about 15 pounds that I want to lose, but I also want to tone up quite a bit. Started losing at 190 and now 125 lbs :) 15 doesn’t seem like much to lose when you look at the 65 you’ve lost now, does it?

More of a before/during than a before/after, but exciting nonetheless! I’m 5’2, my highest weight was 153 and my current weight is 110. All lost through healthy eating and exercise (mostly running)! :)

That seems low to me but i am really short so it’s fine and ill try my absolute best to get there!!
I have a very long way to go but today my best friend joined my gym :)
I also have huge insentive as I’m moving to australia in a few months so i need to be skinny!!!!!!!
